Beautification Biosphere walk hosted by the inimitable, multi-talented Charlie Fox of InspiralLondon fame, with guest artist Julie Demuer from Marseille.

We met at Bermondsey tube station for a gentle 2 hour walk looking at Ada Salter’s rich and varied legacy, arriving at the river near the Salter statues for a wonderful shared picnic.

Charlie Fox explained Ada Salter’s inspiration:
“As a pioneer of social change, Ada used her power to plant the seeds of a healthy more equitable future, and we are still able to see the evidence of her work. Our 21st Century Beautification walk celebrates Ada’s holistic ecological approach to politics, while thinking about the green cities of the future.”
